Harley is extremely knowledgeable and will give you great advice on what works well or what may be a better option. I could tell he wasn't just in business to find a high price option. He worked well within my budget and even found additional ways to cut costs and provide the same luxurious look. I love my blinds and drape panels! I enjoyed the process as well as the outcome.
