I just want to say that over the past 1.5 years since purchasing my Sedona through this dealership, they remain in contact to make sure the vehicle is getting in for routine maintenance and they are on top of it when it comes to informing you about any warranty/recall related items that need to be addressed. I've been bringing my Sedona here for service and like the Sales Team, the Service team is outstanding as well. Always courteous, always friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable with the work they are performing. I don't just observe this from my own experience, but as I wait in the lobby for my vehicle to be serviced, I notice the same consistent approach with every single customer in the lobby.
The waiting areas are comfortable with free bottled water and other refreshments, wifi and TV to help pass the time. My most recent visit, Mark was extremely friendly and very thorough with everything. The women who work behind the desk are always very friendly as well. Keep it up you guys!
