Big rip off they send me an e-mail saying that nv energy has a program that will pay for checking my a.c. for free to work properly so the coolant won't be blowing in the attic. So I said if is free ok. My air conditioner was working fine. after they came it was not Working at all they told me I needed to replaced a new duct that the air was just blowing in the attic. So I asked them how much it would cost me he said he was going to get back to me. And I waited a whole day in he'll my house was so hot my dog was panting very bad I felt like I was having a heat stroke. And he would not return my calls arou d 6 pm he send me a text saying to call my home warranty for them to come to recheck it again. Wich means I have to pay a fee for him to come again. Bad business they are not honest. I regret to agree to take the offer now I have to pay the fee and it might not be covered by my insurance. Shame on this company. carma is a bitch
