Like others, zero stars if possible. The first appointment was set between 8AM-10AM. Jotted down the wrong phone number. As my roommates and I waited for them to arrive, which did not show. We called and they said they wrote down the wrong phone number and said to give us the service around 2PM to 4PM. At 1 PM, one of the technicians called and said he was 30 minutes away. As I rushed and got to the apartment (which took 30 minutes, exact), the guy didn't show until 20 minutes later. As the male approached me, there weren't any sort of greeting just a, "carpet?" Is that how you treat your customers? Anyway, I let him in and he measured the place around. We had purchased a coupon from Groupon which stated 3 200 sq ft rooms and a hallway. He measured it and said it would be $42 on top of the Groupon. I asked what payment he takes, he said either cash or card so I told him card. He then takes 15 minutes to find the card machine from his van. During that 15 minutes, my roommate said he's not supposed to charge on top of the Groupon because it already covers it all. So he comes back to the apartment, ready for the payment and I told him that there shouldn't be a charge because of the Groupon. He then said that he won't be able to clean the carpet because he's a subcontractor and does not accept coupons. I then ask why did you stop here? He replied stating, "I don't even know. I was supposedly on my way to Sun City. You can call the owner back and he could mostly get you another guy to come out here in about an hour." I looked at him, surprised. This guy could've charged me $42 for no reason. SCAMMERS. My roommate called the owner and the owner said the technician (David) that was supposed to be at the apartment to clean was still in Tolleson. Also, the owner did state that he or David will call ahead of time to let us know they are on the way. So we left the apartment. An hour later, David calls and says he is already at the apartment. We hadn't known he was on the way there because there were NO phone calls to notify us. So I told him it would take us 10 minutes to get there. He interrupted me and said he does not have 10 minutes, he is just going to call the office to let him in and just hung up the phone. We got to the apartment in 8 minutes and David already left so there were NO service at all. Ended up cancelling the service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spend your money for carpet cleaning elsewhere!
