Overall, I've had great service here. Dr. Koppikar is very professional and all his services were pretty decent The hygienists are all very friendly and smiley. In addition, I love how they have a TV with over 100 channels for those long and treacherous procedures. However, my only issue is that I'm being billed a lot of extra money for a procedure done in April that I had already paid in full. I was told that I only had to pay x amount and I took out a loan card to pay that all off at once. However, I was told today that I am being billed x amount of dollars (and it's a LOT of money) because something was up with the insurance, which they told me it was covered back in April. Hopefully this can get sorted out as I don't find it fair that I have to pay extra after being told I owed x amount back in April when I got the procedure done and I had paid it in "full".
