To start off, you immediately get targeted by the employees there. They will follow you and right off the bat try to sell you something. It's hard to trust their honesty since I know for a fact that they will try to sell certain products just because there is some sort of competition going on. None of the women who work there seem to get along and none of them are friendly or trustworthy. I will not go there anymore.
Now, the hair stylists are no better. Lori was fortunately fired, and she was awful and rude and was not even great at doing hair. Their other hairstylist Alexandra will purposefully not do what you came in to get your hair done for because she decided that she didn't want to do it. Every time I have gone in, she has acted as though she did not want to do my hair. Do not go to her or this shop at all. The other women are no better, and only care about their own time and money. They as well will try to sell you products (including makeup, which isn't exactly their specialty) and are overall, rude and not very welcoming. I will not be coming back any more. I do not recommend this shop to ANYBODY.
I got my eyebrows done and the girl took forever to finish them. I could only hope that it was because she is very careful In her work, but that is not the case. She only took forever because she kept messing up and was trying to get them even. I asked her to keep my eyebrows the same shape and thick, but when she was done, she completely ruined them. I regret even tipping her, and someone like that should be fired.
I can find the makeup they offer anywhere else, and this salon has only left me feeling angry. Do not come here, there are much better places and more qualified people.
