I've been here a couple times. The first time was great, I saw Cheryl and she did exactly what I wanted! The second time I went, I was told that Cheryl had moved out of province so I saw someone else. I explained that I didn't want much length taken off as I have a disability and cutting my hair short meant I couldn't manage it. I left there with 6.5 inches less hair!! Albeit it's a nice cut for my hair but I can't function with my hair as it is. Everyone loves the cut but the stylist didn't take my preferences in consideration at all which is who she should be listening to!
Again, it's a lovely haircut if the stylist had carte blanche, but she didn't.
