Ate here with the fam after Wet n' Wild since my kids and hubby are always down for noodles. We ate the Tonkotsu Ramen with less salt and medium spiciness. (They have 5 levels - non-spicy, mild, medium, hot and fire). We are so used to Ramen houses being so salty, I specifically requested less salt and was happy to find they accommodated!
The broth was creamy, but not too thick and was delish. I ordered one non spicy for the kids and they shared a bowl (being 5 and 8) and it was perfect.
The noodles are made fresh in house and that was the next best part. They were chewy and had great texture.
Will definitely be back. Hubby has already gone back with his mountain biking buddies and they enjoyed as well!
