I had the same experience where I saw flying bugs in my backyard while it was raining and text message pictures to the owner Jim. On a Sunday, while on his day off, he confirmed they were termites. They had not entered my home and I was not impacted. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need...even though I was really concerned and probably would have purchased full service right then and there. Grateful they cover all of Maricopa County.
That's the type of trust/honesty I want with all of my service providers. If Pride were an auto repair shop I'd probably have saved thousands of dollars in unwarranted car repairs by now.
