I been a loyal customer for 5 years, every month my regular a pedi. Today was no different, showed up at the time of my appointment, they took me promptly, like always. The nail tech made her way to me, started off nicely......She was moving very quickly, didn't attempt to get all of the previous nail polish removed, didn't put cuticle lotion on my toes, barely clipped/snipped my cuticles, she didn't even both to cut the nail on my big toe on my left foot, so I bought it to her attention, she replied "I did clip the nail" I replied no you did not, I have been watching the whole time....When I spoke the "manager" she disagreed with me and proceed to charge me $27 taking off $5.00 for nail polish. In short, that transaction will not be processed and I will never step foot in that place again!!!. So if you are looking for a really nice salon give Pink Boutique a try they are located on 5784 Ridge Road......they are awesome, they clean up this place mess......
