Like others have stated, this is the only location in Charlotte. I'm lucky enough to live on the closer side of town to it.
Service is usually awful, and the reason I put up with it because I have no choice. On my most recent visit, I needed an item cut at the cutting station. I did what I always did, I took a number. When I noticed a line forming, I politely asked if numbers were being called. The woman gave me a nasty response to the tune of, "No, we weren't busy so I'll get to you soon."
Apparently "soon" meant the order you arrived at the table, regardless if you took a number or not. Talk about frustrating!
I can't give this store one star simply for the fact that they supply some items other stores don't and therefore I will be coming back. It's awful reinforcement for the corporate mind, but they know they have their hooks in us as customers.
