Bought a package of massages last year when I posted my original review. Clarified when purchased that the package would not expire as I knew I was moving overseas for work for a bit. Come back and try to make an appointment to use my massage package to no avail.
I have left two separate voicemails for Haven Day Spa and no-one has returned my calls. The place used to be off Sunset Blvd, so I guess in the past year they have moved. Not even sure if they are still in business as they are not returning calls from customers who have prepaid for their services. Definitely filing a report with the Better Business Bureau as they have essentially stolen a significant amount of money without rendering services or adequately communicating the issue and offering a refund.
