Outstanding Veteran owned small business!. Salesmen Marc and Serge were great. I went shopping around and when I walked in Marc, though with another customer told me he'd be with me. This gave me time to look around and Marc got to me quite quickly. He took me through the features of all the safes in my price range patiently explaining everything clearly and NOT in a condescending way. I wasn't sure which one to buy but narrowed down my choices. Marc suggested I take pictures with my phone along with the prices and when I was ready come back.
I went back and Serge was the salesperson, Marc wasn't on shift yet. I told him I had talked to Marc, what my choices were and he showed me the safes. Serge explained everything again and the various discounts available I made my selection .
I completed my transaction later that day with Marc and bought the safe. What impressed me was Marc had listened during my shopping and being a Veteran got me the Liberty Veteran's Rebate. I met JD, the owner while I was waiting on the paperwork and he's conscientious, dedicated businessman wanting to make sure I wasn't being ignored. Great Service.
The delivery crew was fantastic. Very professional. Extremely careful bringing the safe into the house and carefully placing it where I wanted it. Thorough explanation of how to operate the combination lock, overall care, shelf removal and configuration, and finally warranty registration. A quick thorough and painless delivery. Fantastic experience.
