I called ahead to book an appointment on my lunch break for an Acrylic fill, and also confirmed the price ($20) with them over the phone prior to confirming an appointment time. one of my nails was broken so one nail required an acrylic overlay instead of a fill, no tip required.
for some reason I ended up being charged $40!!! apparently what I received was not acrylic, it was UV gel...which I first of all did not ask for, and secondly it was ACRYLIC NOT UV GEL. I have been getting acrylic sets and fills done for over 10 years. this was definitely NOT uv gel.
I felt ripped off, on top of taking over an hour for the entire process.
