Today was my second visit here. The first time was so great, I came back a second. I wanted to initially get a gel manicure and pedicure. Picked my color and sat down to get a pedicure. While I was getting my pedicure, a lady put the cotton on my nails to remove my gel nails. My pedicure was about 40 minutes long! I removed the cotton myself because nobody came to assist me the whole time while I was getting a pedi. I decided to leave as soon as my pedicure was finished.
The shop did get slammed about 15 minutes I came. But there is no reason as to why people who came after me should be helped first. This business works as first come first serve. Unless there were appointments set. Which if happened, they should have informed me.
I really like their pedicures and how they use real oranges. Unfortunately I will not be back. I shouldn't have even left a tip.
