Many years ago we had a very sick cat very late at night. Our neighbor took us down to VCA Spring Mountain as the cat specialist we saw only worked business hours. We were delighted at the level of care and service at such a late hour and being new. We love Dr. Wallace and Dr. Knighton. It's been at least a dozen years going here. I get calls from reception every day after a visit just to make sure my cats are fine. Any time I have a question or concern, I can call. The techs are all friendly and will share info they know and you can expect a call back from one of the docs by the end of the day. It says something about the people when they know your pets names. Will be a customer for life. And, I've never ever had to wait.
