This place is great as it has one of a kind desserts from the cotton candy burrito, character macaroons, to the cookie shooters. HUGE variety of dessert items with a menu that is a little hard to read. My boyfriend and I checked this place out one night and it's a small place that was pretty packed which means limited seating, which was fine. You wait patiently, you get a seat. Loved all the desserts we ordered and will definitely go back. My reasoning for not a 5 star is because of customer service and the system they have for ordering/picking up. Everyone lines up on the right side of the rope to order, however the sign reads to order to the left of the rope so then you get people who are standing on both sides waiting to order. Once your order is ready they shout each item individually and you have to fight the crowd to get to the counter to pick up your items. The 1st time we went we tried multiple different things so I kept having to go back up, why not just shout my name when all are ready, especially when it's a busy night. I've gone 3 or 4 times now and the customer service doesn't seem to get better, workers just seem busy and irritated.
