I just had our new bed delivered after a 2 week waiting period. They set up the bed accept for putting in the drawers (its a captains bed). When I went to put in the drawers I noticed one of the supports on the bed was cracked in half. I immediately called them up and they asked me to take photos and send them too them, they will review them and then update me??.....in the end they delivered the new piece and when I again went to put in the drawers, nothing fits right. So I have up it a couple of stars to mediocre due to the issues. Would shop there again, but it won't be any time soon!
