Well upon my first phone call I could tell this place was extremely professional and organized. They made sure to let me know that the dr was currently contracted by my insurance but by the time I was seen she would be. And she was. Then I was not disappointed when I arrived. I made the mistake of arriving an hour early and they made use of my time and my mistake. They were courteous and professional. Dr Carol had to deliver some bad news which I knew was coming. My previous dentist did veneers was I was too young for them and I needed a lot of fixing. She was calm and assertive and made sure that I knew ALL my options. Not just the ones she would want me to do. They could tell I was visibly upset. Dr carol even came up to the scheduling desk to give me a hug. I won't be going anywhere else.
