I been here twice and both times have been not such a great experience. Could use a little work on customer service although second time I have entered I been greeted. I did wait about 10 minutes before the person had taken a look at my clothes. Both times I have brought clothes into this place have been rejected. A few items didn't make any sense why you would reject. Everything I brought in there is brand name and expensive. I brought in Steve Madden heels , Michael Kors purse, hollister, express, Etc. This time I brought my boyfriends clothes which he had just cleaned out his closet and was attempting to sell them. The man had told me "you should maybe teach your boyfriend how to was clothes he has some bleach spots on the pants". If you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all. I didn't realize that. Not a big deal I will take the pants back but no need for rude comments. Never coming back here again.
