This used to be a great place for all hours Pakistani food and was frequented by many taxi drivers who needed delicious food to keep them on the road. Centrally located behind Toronto Reference, it was a go-to spot for me in my first years in Toronto.
Sadly , the indomitable Mr Butt has left for a new place at Sherbourne and Dundas and the food at King Palace has taken a dive. The Buttee chicken and the aloo gobi were decidedly meh and the place was in a state of disrepair. Also there were no cabbies to be seen.
