I love the workout,the coach are great they put in a a lot of effort without these coaches they are nothing.the management are very unfriendly on your class cancellation. I understand that we need to cancel our class prior to 8 hrs . Despite of cancelling the class on time they keep charging. That makes the workout very expensive wish they were a little flexible with exception. I have been working out here almost 1 year .. I done they have been charging me Irrespective of cancellation.. several times ,their heart rate monitoring system are not reliable even when you are sprinting it will show grey there are times their system don't work.. for customers they set all rigid rules and when it comes to their system failure they want ppl to be very accommodating this is ridiculous... https://www.dailydot.com/debug/orangetheory-fitness-problem/
