MLB is where it's at. I have a minor league team where I live, Norfolk Tides, and quite frankly, while I enjoy watching baseball, it doesn't compare to a major league stadium. Now I want to visit every MLB stadium... bucket list! It was a hot night in Phoenix and I figured it would be a little discomforting even for a night game. This is my first visit to Chase Field and I didn't do any research. Then I show up to the stadium... they have a retractable roof! They weren't sold out so getting parked once arriving to the stadium was fairly easy. Entry was easy with tickets on my phone. Getting to our seats were easy. Everything was easy. A few innings in we decided to walk around and scope what's around. Lots of hats for sale, lots of concession stands, various seating options and special sections for groups. The 136'x46' LED screen is great to catch views if you're anywhere but left and center field. There's a pool? How did I miss this?!? The D-backs did beat the Reds and I really enjoyed the game and especially rooting for the home team. There will be more baseball games at Chase Field in my future!
