I took my 2004 f150 to allied to change my spark plugs. I had tried to do the job myself but ended up breaking a couple of plugs . After breaking plugs I did some research, and found out it's a common problem on my vehicle, and depending on how stuck the plugs are the job could be anywhere from $300 to $2400 . Depending on if they have to take off the heads . Well before taking my truck in I went to ck out the shop, and talked to mike, after seeing the shop which is bigger then I thought they even have a machine shop which is impressive to me. I crossed my fingers and hoped I was not screwed. After couple days I got a call from Larry, he told me he had good news they did not have to take off my heads ,and the job would cost $396 about $98 above the estimate , I am not complaining one bit believe me!! If they wanted to cheat me they could have told me they took off the heads and and charged me $2400, but they did not do that ,as far as honesty goes allied auto service gets an A plus from me thanks mike & Larry Curtis K
