I was hesitant to try this place because of some of the negative reviews but we were visiting the butterfly wonderland and saw that they offered a combo ticket which included this place so we decided to try it out. The pricing is on the high side but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The maze wasn't too difficult but I was told by the staff it is more about fun, not about getting lost which makes sense. They also have butterfly hunts which make the maze more fun.
The staff here is simply amazing, I've been to a lot of attractions here in the valley and this staff probably tops them all. They were great with the kids and were so interactive with everyone in the building. I definitely felt welcome. The kids loved the laser maze. I recommend buying the 5 pack of tickets because the kids will want to go multiple times and it gets pricey buying the tickets 1 at a time.
It seems this place isn't for everybody just from reading some of the negative reviews but we had a great time and I'm glad we went.
