My experience in dealing with Kings Glass was exceptionally pleasant. From the great receptionist at the front to the guys in back doing the work, this business is professional, with friendly staff and makes a customer feel right at home. I have had issues with the auto sensor wipers on my vehicle since I purchased it new. The dealership did not bother to help me with my problem after taking it back for almost 4 years time and time again. My windshield was replaced a year ago and after checking with Nissan yet again, I contacted Kings and they said to bring it by. No appointment needed. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and early afternoon I came in and it was fixed! Since then and for the first time since purchasing the vehicle, the sensor now is working as it should, and at no charge!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful service. Kings will be first on my list if my husband, myself or anyone we know needs any windshield work!! So nice to be treated well and receive great service when visiting a business. It seems this does not happen often enough!
