I recently had a Groupon for lash extensions. Melissa did a great job applying my lashes, she was very courteous and we had great conversation throughout my appointment.
Unfortunately, I developed an allergic reaction to the glue and my eyes became very swollen. I contacted the salon to have them removed. JD did a great job removing my lashes which were very difficult to remove.
I was expecting the service to be complimentary as I still had a fill left on my Groupon. As my lashes were being removed the other technicians were sitting around the salon gossiping, swearing, and talking about getting drunk , all of which I thought was very unprofessional.
The beds were not wiped down before either of my appointments.
