If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I just had the worst experience ever. This is my 3rd time at this location , the first two times were pretty good experiences. I cAme today for a all gel French manicure like I had last time. The only person available was this woman who obviously had some sort of medical issue where her hands are extremely Shakey. I tried not to be ignorant and give her the benefit of the doubt that she could give me what I asked for. After 3 failed attempts at painting my nails, the guy who works there stepped in and also attempted to give me a French manicure .... Which also failed and after 2 tries and them blaming me for their fail, the Shakey handed lady attempted it yet again. After it just reallllly looked terrible I told her to take it off because I didn't want it and I was done. That was an hour and 20 minutes I sat there. I paid them 10 dollars for them to take off my first gel manicure which I feel I shouldn't have even paid for. What a waste of time. Why on earth would regal nails employ someone who cannot do their job?
