called this company do build me overhead storage racks. I purchased 2 large 8X4's and one 4X4. The installer shows up on time which was good. The workmanship was very sub par. I called the company back a few weeks later and Mario who is the owner came out and agreed the racks were bowing and could use some extra supports. He told me to call the shop on Monday to schedule. I did just that and Ernie came out 5 days later to complete the work. Problem is, he was not prepared because he did not have the correct materials. He said he would order the correct materials and it should be repaired a few days later. The next time Ernie was supposed to come out was 1600 a few days later. I called his number only to get another excuse that he would not be there until 2000. That was too late so I resheduled for the next day. The following day, Aaron come out but is 1 hou late. He finally corrects the problem but during the process, I wasted about 2 weeks with broken promises and wasted time.
ON A DIFFERENT AND MORE IMPORTANT NOTE, THIS COMPANY HAS HAD THEIR LICENSE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED. ANOTHER WORDS, THEY ARE OPERATING WITHOUT THE PROPER CREDENTIALS. LOOK IT UP AT:WWW.NVCONTRACTORS.COM. THEY HAVE SEVERAL VIOLATIONS.
