I've lived through 3 management changes and they've finally put together a team that gets things done and takes care of residents. Dan and Stacy treat you like valued residents and make sure maintenance requests are fulfilled right away. I love everything about my unit from the luxurious granite countertops to the upscale appliances and lighting. The units are absolutely beautiful and the prices are extremely reasonable. I see a few complaints about parking but the new arrangement where each apartment gets their own designated spot or garage is a HUGE improvement. I sometimes get in from work late at night and now I don't have to worry about parking. They've also added guest parking which we didn't have before, now your guests don't have to worry about being towed away (happened to my guests twice in the past). The new management has definitely earned 5 stars in the few months they've been in place.
