Went to alamo for the first time today and am so upset that I did. They did a decent job cleaning the inside of my car, although there were still finger prints and dust, but the outside of my car is the problem. DEEP scratches all over my hood that I know were not there before I went thru this car wash. I love my car and unfortunately didn't notice these until I had gotten home. I dont know what happened to my car in that car wash but I truly regret ever taking it there.
