When I purchased her Engagement and our Wedding Bands I was a 5 Star fane of Helzberg Diamonds. I have since bought several other pieces for my wife on subsequent holidays.
We bring them in every five to six months religiously to have them checked and cleaned once a year.
The reason for the 2 Star rating is the fact to get them cleaned keeps taking longer and longer. We expect the typical 7 to 10 days. However last time it took three weeks.
Today theI are telling me that they will take in excess of four weeks to be cleaned. That is completely unacceptable. We will do it because we like them cleaned that often, but who wants to be without their diamonds for a month a year.
They need to find a way to get it back to the 7 to 10 days it used to be! It seems they are lengthening the time to get your rings cleaned to HIGHLY DISCOURAGE the use of this service. You spend the extra money at a company like this and they play these games 12 years later.
Look elsewhere if follow up costumer service is one of the things you value when you purchase a diamond ring.
