We read YELP reviews and decided to stop by on one of the worst days of the year to eat out, Mother's Day, Yelper's have not disappointed me this time and we will be eating at Table Thai from not on as a neighborhood restaurant. Being from the San Francisco Bay Area, where ethnic food is the norm and coming from an extensive food background, we're discerning eaters. This place has all the key things you need to be happy, eat well, not break the bank and enjoy a good time with your special someone or any friend. Lipi gave us the friendly, royal treatment and a discount for me on Mother's Day. We tried the Chef's recommendation for Thai sausage with varied accoutrements, which was some of the most delicious sausage (and I am not a sausage person). The casing was so thin, the flavors meld. Next came our small bowl of flavorful Tom Yum and you need to order it to taste it and enjoy the presentation. For an entrée we got the Lazy Duck, and honestly, the portion compared to other Thai places is generous and stunning. From the minute we arrived, the ambiance, the warm friendly service was apparent. We plan to go back, maybe, tonight and often. I rarely post YELP reviews, but Thai Table and their staff, deserve a rave review... Oh, sidenote, got the biggest Thai iced tea served in a huge mason jar mug and BF had our fav beer to pair with Thai food, Chang.
