This is not a place you want to sell YOUR used items. We made arrangements with them to pick up a large wall unit, they did not show up when they said they would. I called to ask why and the woman we were dealing with was full of excuses and blamed the staff for not coming in to work, but had no excuse for not calling. So we made arrangements to have it picked up and guess what, no one showed up AGAIN!!!! No call, no nothing. I did not call them back. In addition she would not give us the paper work in advance she said the driver would give it to us when he came. We had made our mind up that we would read it very carefully before they loaded our unit. Buy there if you like but be really careful if you want them to sell your stuff to. She said that it would be a 60/40 deal with her keeping 40%, one of her staff said that it is a 55/45 deal. Bottom line be real careful if you deal with them.
