Im giving Whitey's 1 star only because I have to in order to start a review.
I called this morning around 7:15am to schedule an appointment to replace a serpentine belt and for a few fuses. With an appointment time scheduled, these repairs should take them no longer than an hour max! However, Whitey's wanted me to drop off my car for the entire day!?!? I mean really? A whole day for very very simple repairs! Im wondering if this was said just because I was a female? Nonetheless, I called Nissan and scheduled directly with them- for a 1 hour appointment time!
No Scott- I did not call to get in on the same day for service. Thats why I asked to "Schedule" an appointment sometime during the week. Even after I asked with a scheduled appointment for such easy repairs would the car need to be left for the whole day?! And your reply was , yes!! You still insisted the car would need to be left for an entire day!! My comment still stands!!
