So I want to start by saying this company does great pools! Me & my husband shopped around before we settled with Thunderbird Pools. We chose them because of their ratings, warranty & their packages. We felt they had a good record of happy customers & offered more in their packages. Pricing was about the average cost. Moving on we started the building process in September, signed paperwork in August. Building process is a pain & I suggest you accommodate to the noise, people & dirt everywhere. We had a few bumps in the road but In the end it worked out. Construction was fairly fast, it took them about 6-8 weeks to build the pool. Which I often hear other pool companies can take months! Communication with this company isn't the greatest, they need to improve especially during the start up process. Luckily I was happy when I started to work with Cynthia! I'm that customer that is constantly calling with any concern, question or complaint. Cynthia is quick to understand & help! She has made this transition so much smoother. She genuinely tries to get to know her customers & will do her best to make sure things are on schedule. Joe was the supervisor on site for construction he was amazing, helpful, & very understanding on trying to make sure things were getting done! Because of Joe & Cynthia I am a happy customer! If you are in the market to want add a pool to your backyard I would recommend this company! Overall they do amazing work & they try to keep their customers happy! They genuinely care & realize your investment in trusting them!
