I called Alpha Air to get a general idea on pricing to replace my broken AC unit. Artur was able to drive down to my house (while I was stuck at work) and gave me a free and very competitive quote within the hour.
I also dealt with Lily (or Lilly?) to discuss loan options and she was extremely friendly and easy to talk to over the phone.
I called a few other companies... Either they wanted information such as what AC unit I was currently using, or they didn't want to give me a general quote, or couldn't fit me in their schedule and refused to do weekend "sales calls"
The choice was clear, I decided move forward with this company. By the time I finished work the following day, Artur, Will, and their team, had replaced my old non-working AC with the new one.
Overall I am extremely satisfied and got a better price, better service, and better warranty than what was offered by other companies.
