I went to this location because it had the best reviews out of all Great Clips in my area. So I went in with confidence? that I would be in good hands. While the hairdresser was nice, I walked out with the worst haircut ever. If you see the picture, you would probably ask if a child got a hold of my hair. It was embarrassingly? horrible. It's like she got lost and didn't know what to do so she just kept cutting.
I went back for a refund (twice- because the manager has to be there) after going to another salon to fix it. I was professional and did not create a scene, just stated the facts and showed the picture of my haircut with my receipt and they refused to refund my shampoo. I thought that was ridiculous and petty. I have never cried over a haircut before, but this one made me bawl. :(
