This was the second time my family stayed at the Arizona Grand. Last year they did a summer rate which helped in a lot of ways. This year the rate was not provided. That's okay because it's always well worth the money.
I enjoy the water park with all of trees. Especially to escape from the sun in Phoenix. The lazy river is amazingly relaxing. I stayed in there for over an hour. It takes 10 mins to go around ounce. So it's pretty cool.
I give this place a 5 stars knowing that food from room service was left outside over night and the birds spread all of the left over food on the ground.
That they don't provide enough rafts for people. Or they don't inflate them before the next day arrives. So that you have to stand in line to fill up. I quickly did the math. It took 3-4 mins per raft to inflate. So I could've waited in the sun for 1 1/2 hours to get a raft. So I decided when one came available, it was ours.
I highly recommend using uber to go out to dinner so that you don't lose your parking spot.
I really do like the facilities here. It was well worth the money though.
