This store is really a hit or miss for me. Everytime I am in this store only a handful of staff have been attentive or even recognized I was in the store. The rest of them walk around with snotty looks on their faces. Maybe its just because its the location and the hustle and bustle of the location, but as a member of staff at a bar I understand how you can feel tired and just want people out of the establishment but at the same time- its a job. Everything is clearly overpriced and can be found for much cheaper (and sometimes better quality) online or at another store. The only times I ever buy anything from any Urban is if its on sale (in which case I love it). Overall its all about customer service and selling the product.
