I've been to this location more than 6 times in the last year, the others-few times over the years. Compared to others, this location is much worse, I am guessing mostly due to poor management. There've been instances when I waited for over 10 minutes for a worker to come out of the back room and greet me- for what reason?
The ice cream flavours are more limited and don't tend to get new ones often. There's also been a few times when the ice cream is kept too soft,visibly melting in the bins-unacceptable. The "mixin's" are also of poor quality- once I was told the raspberries were fresh, bu they were clearly defrosted and stale, today I got pineapple mixin that was so far gone, it started fermenting already. I would really suggest a health inspector visit this location, as this is clearly unacceptable.
In addition, the waffles always taste stale and are so fragile that mine usually break after a few bites of the cone (that's why I always take them in a plastic cup now), and the service is quite poor.
