Since I've moved to LV, my husband and I go to this location the most since it's closest, and being a drive-thru is nice too. My husband always gets an iced americano, and 90% of the time I get an iced coffee. Easy drinks. I noticed they rarely put enough ice in our drinks, it's almost always light ice. And this week they've messed up my order twice. And I can't verify it on the drive thru screen bc theirs is broken:/ the first time they forgot to put hazelnut, the second time they gave me the wrong iced coffee completely. I don't like going back to complain, but I did the second day my iced coffee was wrong, and they still didn't make it right...it was so milky! Couldn't taste the coffee... *edit: I've given them more chances and they've gotten better. Their order screen is finally fixed, and the drinks have been decent. Going from 2 to 4 stars now:)
