We purchased mini cupcakes for a group event. We asked for mustaches. We thought they would be hand painted with icing, when in fact it was just a generic candy set on top. We were referred to this bakery because of their creativity so were quite disappointed! The worst part was the customer service when we called to express our concern. She said "what do you want, a refund" ... Clearly was more concerned about getting me off the phone as opposed to trying to keep a customer. Now we will never go back and make certain we share our experience with others. Very disappointing!!!
