It's amazing the ineptitude of the management at this location, they are to blame, it's not the low and mid level staff. Pick ups never available and often not even started by the time quoted online, regardless of time of day, have never once had an order where they weren't out of at least one, twice it was the dressing, once it was the chicken, once was served rice that seemed to be rice soup. Bonus is they know they mess up a lot everyone's order and aren't equipped to properly do the job so they usually toss in a free drink.
