I went there to get a color and cut for the holidays. Only to find out that they are running 20+ mins behind schedule. I couldn't wait that much longer because I care for my elderly mother-in-law and she can't be left alone for long periods of time.
This inability to be on time is so upsetting because this was my only "personal time" for the whole week. I wanted to be, and deserve to be pampered. I wanted nice hair for the holidays.
But all because someone can't stay on schedule I don't get that luxury. I couldn't reschedule because family is coming to my house for the holidays.
This was my ONLY time to get my hair done.
Very disappointing. They didn't even offer a solution or some sort of compensation.
I'll never go there again.
