Came to Crave at 1:30pm on Sunday 2/19 only to wait for 15 minutes before a random waiter (not our waiter) greeted us/brought us waters and told us our waiter would be with us shortly. So we waited another 10 mins and still nobody came. We finished our waters and left.
Pretty ridiculous as the place was not busy to be ignored for any timeframe like that. I tried to call to speak with a manager after we left only to be told they were to busy to speak with me.
I couldn't recommended this place or not for their food because I wasn't able to try it but the service obviously sucks.
