I've literally always been afraid of taking my car in to any repair shop- having heard too many stories about them convincing you that there are many more things wrong with your car then there actually are. Especially to a blondie who doesn't know much about cars haha.
Jiffy Lube changed my perception! They were very kind and welcoming from the beginning, made me feel comfortable. I knew my car had several things that needed fixed like the windshield wipers, headlights, and oil change. These were the exact things they had pointed out to me and never pressured me into paying for more than what was necessary. They were fast, helpful, and even vacuumed my car and washed my windows. The total was even less than I had expected it to be, with everything around $100. And they got it all done in about 45 minutes.
