I really like Dr. Black. He's great, and definitely knows his stuff. I brought my fur baby here and he treated her really well and took care of her boo-boo in no time at all. His hours aren't great, but he's great, and worth visiting. He's a super genuine, fair, and nice person. They're lovely here. He definitely isn't in the field to gouge people.
