This place is ridiculous DO NOT GO HERE. I started invisalign in 2011. They entered everything into my insurance ASAP and I paid in full my portion that was left over. They delayed on ordering my trays so I was behind an additional month from where I was supposed to be. I completed treatment and found out "guess what... it's another $600 for the retainers we didn't tell you weren't included in your original fees". I declined the retainers because I was a college student unable to afford them at the time. A year later I receive a bill for over $500 because they "extended" my treatment by a few months and the insurance wouldn't cover it. The ONLY reason it was "extended" was because they took an extra 2 months ordering my trays while I sat at home waiting! I'm in the works of straightening this out but fair warning.... seems from this experience and the post before me they're in it JUST for the money. :(
