Spur Cross stable gave us a nice horse ride through the desert. Our guide was friendly and conversational and the horses were all fine except for one that nipped at my son's leg a few times. We didn't know there was a six dollar charge per car to enter the county park land but no big deal. We did the 1.5 hour ride with several first time riders. I think we would have been just as happy with the one hour ride. We all had a good time.
